For the many projects I had to work on during my tme at my internsip included working on many different Excel Spreadsheets. For example the spreadsheet to the left is one that I was putting together for a soccer camp with US Women's National Team Goalkeeper, Ashlyn Harris. This camp was being held in Charolette, North Carolina. In order to fulfill the needs of the spread sheet I had to go to Google Maps and look up a 60 mile radious around the area where the camp would be held. 60 miles was an average number we used that was decided as a trip for a child and their guadian that wouldn't be too long of a drive. There were instances though for our Larry Fitzgerald camp where a child and his mom drove all the way from Canada to Arizona in order to be apart of the fun that is ProCamps Worldwide. In order fill in the neccessary information to form the spreadsheet I had to find things such as the organization name, a person of contact (usually the head of the organization), an email adress, and a phone number. Many times however on those websited I found myself looking for around 5-10 minutes to be sure I would not miss any information. As long as I could find at least one way of contacting the organization that was enough because that gave us a real shot at being able to possibly bring in more campers. I had to to do this over and over again for other camps along with this one. Some of the major camps that I worked on in finding all the information were camps such as Dexter Fowler, Tony Parker, Anthony Rizzo, and Thomas Davis. I had also been apart of the on-site operations with the Billy Hamilton camp helping set the equipment up and also helping with the break down of all the equpment. Another few things that I was apart of was working in the ware house during my time at ProCamps. Many of the interns who were brought on to work in the warehouse ended up not sticking around for very long. I do not know the reason for why they left, but myself along with some of the other interns were sent in to help the Warehouse manager Brian to help with packing vans that were to be driven to the various camps we had going on. I also was in charge of the entire inventory of the shirts for the Odel Beckham camp. I had to unwrap hundreds of shirts and keep track of their sizes along with colors depending on if they were coaches shirts or the shirts that Odell and his teamates were to wear for the camp. Once that was done I had to repackage and take the 6 boxes of shirts to the company near downtown Cincinnati so that they could print the logo's for the camp on the shirts. Overall I was able to see various sides of ProCamps and get experience in most of the aspects of what goes on in preparing for the camps starting with getting kids to register and ending with the teardown and put away of the camps.
